Chuyên Viên Senior Marketing Operation – Công Ty Autonomous – ME237

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Responsibilities

• This is an interesting hybrid role working closely with the Partnership and Operation team.
• Some tasks included but not limited to:

Partnership:

• Actively liaise with micro & mid-tier influencer, prepare agreement, close partnership deals
• Liaise with agencies for top-tier influencer outreach, negotiate form of integration, terms of usage, etc
• Manage reseller partners, act as the key contact point between reseller partners and CS team
• Deliver against objectives which align with our department up-streams

Operation:

• Oversee and develop marketing campaigns (on website, affiliate, newsletter, etc) & ecommerce platforms (Amazon, NewEgg, etc)
• Setup tracking, support all aspects of database maintenance, data and analytics, and manipulations to optimize the campaign performance
• Liaise internally within the team to ensure all additional marketing and promotional projects are effectively coordinated through the content calendar, so that all deadlines are met and budgets managed effectively
• Manage & optimize email automation and email marketing campaigns & SMS campaigns to make sure the campaign message will be blasted out accurately and within established deadlines. Perform quality checks on email content; troubleshoot and resolve issues with HTML email templates
• Communicate with software engineering team to make sure they understand marketing brief and supply them technology infrastructure needed & follow up with them to make sure everything in campaign is on track
• Test website functionality prior to campaign deployment
• Communicate with marketing other internal team as Customer Service and Operation team to make sure all members have the best understanding about the campaigns

• 2-3 years’ experience in marketing
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to think strategically and deliver project goals
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with outside agencies and internal colleagues
• Strong analytical, administrative and organization skills and great attention to detail
• Demonstrable initiative and enthusiasm, and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to change
