MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

A designer may need to manage more than one design project at a time and typical activities include:

• Discussing project needs and identifying a target audience
• Developing visual ideas that suit the brief.
• Creating print and digital elements such as posters, templates, thumbnails, web app, infographics, banners, digital displays that suit the project’s purpose.
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
• Assist Content Marketer in translating high-level ideas that originate from multiple campaigns into compelling marketing assets (post image, motion graphics, ads, etc.)
• Attend strategic meetings to gain an understanding of goals in order to assist in the brainstorming of creative ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to formulate creative strategies and develop campaigns.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

1. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Especially in: Illustrator, PhotoShop, After Effect and Premiere Pro)
• Motion Graphic and Video Editing is required.
• Film Making and Photo shooting experience is a plus.

2. SKILLS

• Creativeness and understanding in color, typography, imagery and overall composition
• Self-motivation and the ability to work to deadlines to cope with several projects at a time
• Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context
• Open to feedback and willing to make changes;
• Teamwork and customer-centric;

• Self-development skills to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends
