Junior Trade Marketing – INSEE Việt Nam – TM324

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Drive for Result:

• Assist in pushing sales by promotion driven activities, execute trade promotion activities • Develop trade promotion activities from proposal, implement, follow up, evaluation to payment. 
• Communicate in a united and synchronous way all promotion mechanism execution across all regions.
• Responsible for planning, implementing & monitoring POSM, tours, events (if any) in all regions
• Responsible for all merchandizing items according to brand guideline. 
• Ensure INSEE Brand image and brand visibility at point of sale & compliance 

2. Customer Centric:

• Visit RTLs get customer insight about top of mind, decision marker, demand, pricing, volume, survey trade promotion of INSEE and competitors.
• Building closer relationship with Retailer (RTL) & Official Distributors (OD) by trade promotion and engagement program

3. Innovation:

• Innovation for trade promotion based on customer insights  

 4. Analysis skill:

• Make market analysis report to provide and analyse data, find out solution and recommend proposal to develop market. 

5. People:

• Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, Finance

2. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Trade Marketing experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Able to work under time constraints
• Time management/ Communication skills
• Planning skill & Project management 
• Adaptability
• Result & Details oriented
