MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Define the art direction, ensure the brand image is in line with product lines, market segments, and brand communication channels (website, social platform, packaging…)
• Manage all the corporate images (banners, posters, product photos, 2D drawings …) to ensure transparency and consistency.
•  Constantly update the new design trend, apply new technology, knowledge, and customer behavior insight to develop creative content while ensuring the brand core value.
•  Work closely with other members to develop ideas, concepts,w and interesting material following the brand spirit and match with the advertising campaign from the Marketing team.
•  Manage team members, monitor, and control the working process as well as the quality of the output.
•  Guide and train team members to do their tasks, update new knowledge and skills.
•   Work closely with the Marketing team and stakeholders to deliver the right idea/ concept, following the deadline.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Graduated from university/ college of fine art, design.
•  At least 2 years of experience in the position of team leader.
•  Possessing overall ability (combining images and ideas) to be able to quickly come up with concepts following the requirements of work; a high-level sense of design.
•  Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design apps/ tools.
• Great graphic design skills; having experience in UX, UI; having photograph knowledge.
•  Having passion, enthusiasm, creativity, a high sense of responsibility, and a serious working attitude.
• Good teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
•  Willing to comment and give reasonable instructions.
